I completed my degree in Early childhood Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University in 2015 and received a 2.1. I started working with children as a respite carer, looking after children with a range of disabilities. Following this, I went on to be a teaching assistant, then completed my teacher training, receiving Qualified Teacher Status. I have 3 and a half years experience as a teacher and have spent most of that time teaching reception, however I have briefly taught in all year groups up to and including Year 4. The younger years is where I am most passionate, Reception to Year 2. I have a love of teaching both maths and Phonics. I stopped teaching in December 2019 and have found that tutoring lets me continue my love for teaching. I currently work for the NHS, as well as being a tutor. I have taught over 200 children and look forward to teaching more!
